Hinder Releases Sophomore Album Today

Hinder releases its second major label album, Take It To The Limit, today. The band again tapped Brian Howes to produce.
You can buy the album at Amazon, Best Buy, iTunes and many others.
So if you were ever young and in love, dumb with drink, and had a head swimming with not just Boone’s Farm wine but also Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, and AC/ DC (to name these guys’ most blatant anthemic influences), you may be willing to forgive Hinder’s lack of originality and preponderance of madonna/whore issues. If only the whiplash they induce resulted from real headbanging, not from trying to follow Hinder’s song-to-song indecision about whether to be studs or wimps. - Entertainment Weekly
It’s also not enough to overcome the most glaring flaw here: Hinder wants so badly to live up to Motley Crue’s standard of debauchery that having fun starts to seem like an exhausting obligation. - Hartford Courant
[F]rontman Austin Winkler is a bad representative for emotional frat dudes, especially when he suggests on one wistful power ballad that we ‘live life with no regrets.’ Thanks for the advice, bro.” - Rolling Stone
Like them or not Hinder is one of the bands leading the revival for straight up rock-n-roll and Take It To The Limit is going to go a long way in helping the cause. - Hard Rock Hideout

Hinder = Phoney, L.A. poseur rock. I wish they’d grow up already, because they’d probably have a lot better album if they did. I don’t care about sales, because that doesn’t equate to quality. This band IS “The Decline and Fall of Western Civilization Part Three: The Hinder Years.” Some day, it’ll be Austin Winkler floating on that air matress, guzzling vodka from the bottle in someone’s pool and lamenting that his life was a huge, tragic waste.
Anyone wanna bet against me on this one?
