In one of the worst kept secrets around, Warner Bros. Records finally announced the signing of Oklahoma City band Stardeath and White Dwarfs.

Graham Lee Brewer reported the band had been offered a deal by Warner Bros. way back in August 2007.

Stardeath’s full-length debut, The Birth, will be released digitally and on compact disc on June 2. The album, recorded by Trent Bell, will also be released on 12″ vinyl (with a download card for full album redemption) on May 19.

Meanwhile, tracks from their recently released 7″ (”I Can’t Get Away” and “The Birth”) will be available on iTunes on March 17.
